The pilot behind the camera and the controls
My name is Ian. I've always had a interest in aviation as a young kid. One of my favorite parts of going on a trip was the plane ride there and back. I always got a thrill out of it. After going to college and working in various fields, I never felt like I was reaching my potential or being challenged. Shortly after turning 30, I decided that it was time to reach that potential. I looked into flight training. I chose to go into helicopters since they seemed like the most challenging, and I felt like I would enjoy the types of career jobs that helicopters had to offer.
I got started training at Veracity Aviation in the Austin area. In 11 months, I had finished my Private, Instrument, Commercial, Flight Instructor, and Instrument Flight Instructor certifications and ratings. I now work as a Certified Flight Instructor at Veracity Aviation in Seguin, TX.
There's no telling where my career will have me end up, but I'm enjoying every moment of it. I'm excited to see where Critical Angle can go. I have big plans and high aspirations for it. I hope to take you all along for the ride.
